Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not issue refunds on keepsake or custom orders. If there are quality issues feel free to email us so we can discuss it and hopefully resolve your issue! If you receive your item and there is a flaw due to our workmanship please contact us at newneedlestudio@outlook.com so we can help resolve this issue. 

Each item is custom made to order according to your specifications, this includes any spelling on sleeves and font orders. No refunds will be issued for spelling mistakes on your part so please check your spelling before submitting an order. 

Once an order has been processed there will be no refunds issued.
